Mission Statement | Prineville Rockhound Pow Wow

The mission of the Prineville Rock Hound Powwow is to bring together rockhounds of all ages to share knowledge, passion, and respect for gems and minerals, as well as an understanding of the history of the Prineville Rockhoud Pow Wow event. We strive to raise awareness within the rockhounding community while providing educational opportunities that spark curiosity in youth and encourage lifelong learning about geology, mineral identification, and responsible collecting.
